We continually review the Training and Development needs of our people to fully develop their potential. This gives us a well trained, highly motivated and skilled workforce.
- All of our workforce is directly employed
- All scaffolders are C.I.T.B. registered and Certified under the CISRS Scheme
- All of our work force have received CSCS training
- All scaffolders are issued with Safety harnesses and have received full training in the SG4:05 Guidelines
