Rilmac Fabrication Expands...
In December 2008, Rilmac Fabrication renewed the Leasehold for their Shop Floor premises located at
Beevor Street in Lincoln. Integral to this new 6 Year Leasehold was the acquisition of an additional
workshop area - Bay 19; adjacent to our existing Bay 20, Bay 19 increases Beevor Street’s capacity to
28,000 square feet.
The acquisition of Bay 19 has enabled Rilmac Fabrication to up-grade and improve existing facilities in-
line with current and future operational requirements, thus ensuring increased efficiency levels, better
working conditions and improvements to Employee Health and Safety in the workplace.
Since the Lease Agreement was finalised back in December 2008, Rilmac Fabrication have been extremely hard at work completing a programme of planned improvements to the Beevor Street Site including; the introduction of improved and new emergency lighting to both Bays, the re-organisation to current Shop Floor layouts to improve work-flow patterns, reduced handling and ultimately increased efficiency, and finally, the installation of a new 10 Tonne Crane in Bay 19.

HSE Approve...
During a HSE (Health & Safety Executive) visit to our site in Skipton (Client NMB) a member of the H.S.E. inspected our scaffold then introduced himself to scaffolder Andrew Segasby and said “I have been in this game for 33 years and that is the best scaffold I have ever seen, let me shake you by the hand “ This remark given by a member of the H.S.E. comes with the highest possible accolade. Paul Walker wishes to pass on his personal thanks and congratulations to the team that erected the scaffold, as this has made him very proud of Rilmac Scaffolding.

Rilmac Insulation Passes HSE Accreditation Review...
Rilmac Insulation Ltd has been buoyed by the news that it has successfully passed its accreditation review by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) to work with asbestos for the next three years.

The Rilmac Group “On Show” at the Lincolnshire Show celebrating 50 years in business
The Rilmac Group was at the 123rd Lincolnshire Show (20th & 21st June) celebrating 50 years in business. The Rilmac Marquee (Row J, Ave. 3, Plot 67) featured Quicksilver ~ World Water Speed Challenge boat and it’s driver Nigel Macknight.

Rilmac Insulation have installed an Arrow high speed CNC plasma cutting system in it’s Lincoln production facility
The machine combines the latest CNC plasma cutting technology in a compact package. Designed for high speed plasma cutting the machine is perfectly suited to light sheet metalwork applications including cladding for both pipe and ductwork insulation. The machine will also allow cutting of more complicated patterns all at high speed.
